“Good Moring this is Avle, the reason for this call is you have been calling before 7:00am there no one here, you’ve been calling between 6:00am -6:30am, there’s no one here. You need to call in when you can speak to use. Second, you do not have any leave left, so you would need to bring in a certificate or letter from your doctor, STATING you were sick, because otherwise you have no leave, so I can’t great you any leave for Monday 12/5/16, Tuesday 12/6/16, and for today 12/8/16. Okay, so please make shore when you call somebody is here and speak to one of use. I am here 7:15am, if you want to call at 7:30am that find, you do need to speak to one of use, because were getting message’s from you at 6:00-6:30am in the morning, there’s know one here at this time.
So, please be aware you do not have any leave and you do need to bring in a note from your doctor stating the day’s you’ve been out.”

Payroll department states you have 33.3 AL [annual leave] and 4.5 SL[ sick leave], as of 2 Dec 2016
So, Avle, as the Supervisory [Call Center] employee, you have been authorized not to grant me pay for 12/5, 12/6, and 12/8. Therefore No paycheck is this correct.
Is this authorization coming from Health Administration Services (HAS)
Question since you are stating per Cellphone message I am to call and speak to use [ can you provide a list of Names, especial when your not present].
We are listening to this again-was my schedule changed from 8:00am -4:30pm to 9:00am – 5:30pm, according to our Employee Handbook we are looking at
employee are to call in two before shift. Is this information stated in your voicemail directed to me or All Call Center agency. HAS, change it to one hour before shift
