Callasan need to send her nursing staff down stair and over to other clinic in which are busy.Look a nurse is a nurse and a doctor is a doctor, they all are supposed to have the capability in which to see patients and write order, document (progress) notes, etc. June division might have win the regional measure of greatness, but what about keeping up the telephone call’s, get back with patient (a customer service sort speaks)

No, she’s seating in the nest, talking suggestion, of micro management of Sylvia, and she’s don’t even the supervisor of Sylvia’s works. Therefore, G. Payne, E. Minero, are all counting on the feedback along with Herald Square Psychology one and only Dr. Yasmeen Y-Benjamin, Ph. D. I am not a Veteran so she should not be given advice on me.

Then answered some email that I had place out on 2/3/17, didn’t find them to be very informative coming from the director’s manager office. I felt, it was just a throw down task for the Director’s Manager. I mean I wouldn’t have sent the email to committee if that all there is.

I have a question why is it when the Long Beach VA “Tibor Rubin” VA has been cited for my injuries, therefore under the disability umbrella, is treated differently.

2007 I was place in a health environment (CCU, DOU, on the evening shift) and became health again.

2010 I can up into the agency face an report a nurse sleep at the keyboard therefore a patient code, and was place on day pending investigation. Now waiting to be assisted a Judge.

Two ORM case for decimation.

Three for decimation, agency administrations chief , supervisor , manager, of continual harming me.

All my documentation from doctor have been submitted to H R, still request my doctors  to come up here and look, then write yet another letter to why move me to WEST LA VA SYSTEM

Long beach VA “Tibor Rubin” Ely, Jeffrey, and Ava feel through email they can NOT accommodate me.

Ely, we have encountering more and more traffic in and around OP-247.

OP-249 OP-248, are now being used on Tuesday and Thursday, for TRI clinic’s, according to john Clemens’s and Doctors.

Again, I am requesting to be moved away from this area, into non – traffic location or something with less patient access.

Then stated, from Mr. Humberto Acosta, “Lead” they are looking into I have the door open while I am at work.

How will that keep me free of the perfumes, chemical, and cleaning solution be used by nursing and housekeeping.

The HEPA machine keep’s my air circulated [for my lung disability].

Nurses have informed me the dust is going to become worst do to the drilling underneath my area, and in around the venting system in our locations.

How will you and J. Arcaro, going to help with this matter.

A Highly Toxicologist in his field has shown the Long Beach VA “Tibor Rubin” facility that it is there responsibility for my care, and to keep my environment safe, while presented them with clear instructions on the EEOC records.

The nursing staff of Compensations & Pension; Transition Center can go home or assists in another area of the hospital since they do not have enough to do.
