Good Morning Ms. Bonaparte,

On 10/28/16 both Ms. Sargent and I were at the front desk  in the C & P area waiting for you to return from your assigned break which is 10:00-10:15.

When you came out of your office both Ms. Sargent and I approached you.  Per our conversation the following was verbalized to you.

Since your phone equipment is inoperable for the 4th time this week, you would be working on the recall list until the phone issue is resolved.

Ms. Sargent handed you a red folder which contained your assignment for the rest of the day.

To reiterate, please adhere to your assigned scheduled breaks

Am break       10:00-10:15

Lunch              12::00-12:30

Pm break         2:30-2:45

Thank You

RE:  removal of Trainer – Michelle

Greetings,

I had return from 10:00am, to find my Trainer had not returned

Elva, she has let the Recall Sheets behind, and I have proceeded with them.

Will this be your request to continue for the Day, and will the Trainer be returning and when.

I have spoken to G. Payne, and there is a middle decision to be made in another location in which to work comfortable for YOUR trainer.

Look forward to your answer TODAY 10/28/16.

Sylvia-

In reading the comments from Ms. Payne I think her guidance to make improvements is to complete the recalls as they are assigned, and not to write unnecessary things on the spreadsheets that she is giving to you.

As far as performing the full scope of call center duties, my recommendation is that we explore getting a speaker phone installed in your office so you can then take patient calls and perform the full range of duties expected of an MSA assigned to the call center or other clinic areas.

Greetings,

Will you and Cammille Johnson-Berryman be coming together in which to provide me with the “work performance and ways to make improvements” stated in the email below dated 9/19/16

At 13:41hrs, will you this be on your decision for Monday 9/26/16. Pam Womack and myself have already had this decision.

If I am not mistaken you did say Cammille Johnson-Berryman, is the director supervisor, YES.

1)      Work performance and Way to make improvements

2)      Work performance and Way to make improvements

When, can this come into a decision?

Thanks for your help in this matter!

Sylvia, we cannot give you a general letter of recommendation.

In order for us to give you any type of letter of recommendation concerning your work, you would need to be working at the highest level of your position.

At the present time, you are not meeting that criteria and is the reason you did  not qualify for the GS-6 Advanced MSA position.  You are still not performing all of the same duties as the other Call Center employees.

Please speak with your direct supervisor on your work performance and ways to make improvements.

Thank you.

Now, we are to wait, until the Long Beach “aka” Tibor Rubin Medical Center, contact representatives team.

As the spread of email show, the training was stopped do to phones, and loss of efforts on administration assigned to the task.

VSE Simulations completed back in June 2017, with other on the list for face to face, while underneath this umbrella the approach has been left to the director office.

Good Morning Marie,

Your supervisor should sign you up for the initial VSE training. Once that is complete you will come back in one week to do the proctoring. Please contact your supervisor and see what day they have signed you up for the initial VSE training.

Thanks,

Michelle
